Western Sugar growers, agricultural staff and future farmers of America members volunteered in a booth for sugar beet days in Sterling, Colorado. Fun was had by all making and distributing cotton candy. Our growers donated over 500 two pound bags of sugar to the event to hand out to the community just in time for fall baking. While visitors stopped by the booth, the volunteers answered all kinds of questions about farming.
