Western Sugar Cooperative donated toward the Main Street Flower Program for the Lovell Area Chamber of Commerce. The flowers are grown by a group of volunteers who are dedicated to beautifying the town with their flowers. The flowers are grown along Main Street to symbolize the pride they have for the community.

On Wednesday, July 17, the employees of the Scottsbluff facility and Nebraska terminals were celebrated with an Employee Appreciation Breakfast. The breakfast was served by members from the upper management team, catered by Two Smoking Grills.

Austyn Butcher, Maintenance Planner for Fort Morgan WSC, participated in the 1st annual Wheels to Work at Brush Middle School in May. Three hundred students attended the event where they had the opportunity to look at various vehicles and pieces of equipment to help understand how wheels function and what role they play in their community.

Western Sugar participated in Trick or Treat Street, a family-fun event in Brush, CO, where nearly 30 vendors attended and handed out candy. Several employees also participated in the pumpkin decorating contest.
