On June 7th, students from Rwanda visited the Scottsbluff factory. The students were visiting Western Nebraska in an effort to develop the next generation of Rwandan agriculture. Sugar beets are grown in small amounts in Rwanda. Tracy Bentley shared information about sugar production and led them on a tour of the factory. In this picture, Dave Reichert shows the students a field of beets at one of our test trials.
