
Scott Winn, Vice President of Engineering, is a mechanical engineer with professional engineer’s licenses in Colorado and Idaho. Scott has 34 years of experience in engineering and leadership with over 25 years in the Beet Sugar industry. He was an instructor for the McGinnis Institute of Beet Sugar Technology (MIBST) process school for over 7 years educating the industry in diffusion, evaporation, controls, and lubrication. He has served on the Beet Sugar Development Foundation (BSDF) board of directors as Vice President. Scott is dedicated and passionate about the sugar industry and a proven leader in the industry.
