“I can remember my mom making this”



  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 qt. milk
  • 1/2 cup GW Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 6 eggs, beaten



  1. Cook rice in milk.
  2. Add a little GW Granulated sugar and cool.
  3. Add salt and remainder of GW Granulated Sugar.
  4. Combine rice and eggs and mix.
  5. Pour into a buttered casserole dish and sprinkle top with nutmeg or cinnamon.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour.
  7. Serve warm or cold.
