“I can remember my mom making this”
- 1 cup rice
- 1 qt. milk
- 1/2 cup GW Granulated Sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 6 eggs, beaten
- Cook rice in milk.
- Add a little GW Granulated sugar and cool.
- Add salt and remainder of GW Granulated Sugar.
- Combine rice and eggs and mix.
- Pour into a buttered casserole dish and sprinkle top with nutmeg or cinnamon.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour.
- Serve warm or cold.
