Ingredients:

  • 2 cornish hens, thawed
  • 2 tsp. GW Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp. favorite seasoning
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. white wine vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together and pour over hens and leave in fridge for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  2. Roast hens at 350* for 1 1/2 hours, basting periodically.
  3. Serve with rice.
  4. Marinade can be used for other meats as well.
