- 2 cornish hens, thawed
- 2 tsp. GW Light Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp. favorite seasoning
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1 tsp. white wine vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Mix all ingredients together and pour over hens and leave in fridge for at least 3 hours or overnight.
- Roast hens at 350* for 1 1/2 hours, basting periodically.
- Serve with rice.
- Marinade can be used for other meats as well.
