Wage: $29.22/hour
GENERAL
The successful candidate must possess:

- Candidate may be required to work shifts, which will include weekends
- Applicants must have the capacity to effectively direct and delegate work, within a crew context
- Required to work overtime with little or no notice
- Able to lift 100 lbs
- Follow required Good Manufacturing Practices and good hygiene
- Maintain high ethical standards
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Forklift experience
- Knowledge of sugar truck loading, inspection and
- Inventory control and documentation
- Good customer service skills
- Accurate and timely record keeping and reporting skills.
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Basic mechanical skills
- Torch and welding skills a plus
EDUCATION
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
