Pay Rate: $26.65
JOB REQUIREMENTS and RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate must possess:

- Job requires multi-tasking, good organizational skills, and self motivation
- Applicants must work well within a crew context, taking on a leadership role
- Candidate may be required to work shifts, which will include weekends
- Applicants must have the capacity to effectively direct and delegate work, within a crew context
- Required to work overtime with little or no notice
- Able to lift 100 lbs
- Follow required Good Manufacturing Practices and good hygiene
- Maintain high ethical standards
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability / experience running all packaging lines.
- Ability to trouble shoot and maintain packaging lines
- Knowledge of all Warehouse and Packaging functions
- Forklift experience
- Knowledge of sugar truck loading, inspection and
- Inventory control and documentation
- Good customer service skills
- Accurate and timely record keeping and reporting skills.
- Demonstrated leadership ability.
EDUCATION
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
