Mr. Crosby is a fifth-generation Wyoming farmer and rancher from the Bighorn Basin. He got his start in the sugar beet business at the age of three, riding along with his dad to ensure the beets were being cultivated properly. He graduated from BYU with a Master’s degree in Business in 2008. Shortly thereafter, he and his wife took the opportunity to buy their own place just outside of Cowley, WY, building it into what it is today. Mr. Crosby raises a variety of crops, with the primary ones being sugar beets and alfalfa seed. He also runs a cow/calf operation that spans the Wyoming–Montana border. He and his wife, Julia, believe that farming, family, and faith go hand-in-hand, making it the best kind of job there is.
