On Thursday, July 18, 2019 Jerry Clark, Western Sugar Electrician and 1st Vice Commander Department of Wyoming with the American Legion, awarded Shannon Ellis, Factory Manager, and Western Sugar Cooperative Lovell Factory with a Certificate of Appreciation for “Recognition and sincere appreciation of outstanding service and assistance which contributed to the advancement of The American Legion programs and activities dedicated to God and Country”.
