Mr. Hall is Chairman of the Cooperative board. He also serves as an elder of his local church and on the Morrill County Planning Commission. He has been farming for a total of twenty-five years, twenty-four of which he has farmed sugar beets.

Mr. Rodriguez is Vice-Chairman of the Cooperative Board. He is also President of the Board of Commissioners of the Heart Mountain Irrigation District. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from Montana State University-Billings. He has been raising sugar beets for 29 years.

Mr. Amen has served as the President of the Colorado Sugarbeet Growers Association. He is currently serving as the President of the Weld Re-3(J) School Board and financial chairman of his church. He has been farming sugar beets for approximately 32 years.

Mr. Gabel is the past President of the Mountain States Beet Growers Association of Montana and is currently serving as Vice President for the Canyon Creek Ditch Company. He has been farming sugar beets for approximately 33 years.

Mr. McClung is a fourth generation beet grower from western Nebraska. Steve and his family are partners in a diversified farming operating which includes irrigated row crop, dry land crops, and a cow / calf livestock operation. Steve served as a director on the NebCo Beet Growers Association for 8 years and also represented NebCo as their delegate to the research committee meetings. Steve became a director on the Western Sugar Cooperative board in early 2007.
